The annual 5k Run for Beef & Eggs gives competitive runners a chance to win top cash prizes, while the shady course also provides families and amateurs a fun tour of Brookings while getting some exercise. Registration begins at 7am at the courthouse and the race starts at 8am. T-shirts and a full beef and eggs breakfast are included with race registration.
