Westside Park
A favorite with the kids, this pretty park features a kids' fishing pond, complete with ducks and geese. With a walking and biking trail, skateboard park, tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic shelter, Westside Park is fun for the whole family. The Dakota Territorial Museum is also located here.

Riverside Park
This riverside park is a popular summertime destination for fishing, boating, biking, walking and sports. It features a fishing pier, boat dock, fish cleaning station, walking/biking trail, children's playground, softball field and baseball stadium. The park also plays host to various summer events, such as the Fourth of July Fireworks Display and the Yankton Riverboat Days & Arts Festival.
